Overview Section
The Overview section shows the key information about your liability:
Liability Name and Type — The name and the type of debt (e.g., Mortgage, Personal Loan).
Original Amount — The initial loan amount and quantity.
Already Amortized — How much you've paid down so far.
Remaining Debt — The outstanding balance, calculated as (Amount x Quantity) minus Already Amortized.
Interest Rate — The annual interest rate on the debt.
Yearly Interest — The estimated annual interest cost, calculated as Remaining Debt x (Interest Rate / 100).
Issue Date — When the loan was originally taken out.
Maturity Date — When the loan is due to be fully repaid.
Loan Term — The total duration of the loan.
Payment Schedule — How frequently payments are made (e.g., monthly, quarterly).

Linked Investment
If the liability is tied to an asset in your portfolio — such as a mortgage linked to a property — you'll see it displayed in the Linked Investment section. This connection helps you understand the net equity of that particular investment after accounting for the associated debt.
You can link or unlink an investment from this section at any time.

Documents Tab
The Documents tab lets you manage files related to this specific liability:

Download or preview existing documents.
Keep everything organized in one place alongside the liability details.

You can edit the liability's details directly from its detail page:

Click Save.
Your changes will be reflected immediately in the detail page, the liabilities list, and your net worth.
Tips
Keep amortization updated — Regularly updating the "Already Amortized" field ensures your remaining debt and yearly interest figures stay accurate.
Link related investments — If the liability is tied to an asset, connect them for a true net equity view.
Upload key documents — Store your loan agreements and payment schedules alongside the liability so they're always easy to find.
Check the maturity date — Use this as a reminder for when refinancing decisions need to be made.
