Known Issues with Older Browsers
If you're using an older or unsupported browser, you may run into problems like:
Pages not loading or displaying incorrectly.
Buttons or interactive elements not responding.
Charts and graphs failing to render on the Dashboard.
Provider connection flows not completing properly.
Slow performance or unexpected errors.

Safari updates are included with macOS updates.

Troubleshooting Browser Issues
If Findex isn't working as expected, try these steps:
Update your browser to the latest version using the steps above.
Clear your browser cache and cookies. Stored data can sometimes cause display or login issues.
Disable browser extensions. Ad blockers, privacy tools, or other extensions can interfere with Findex features. Try loading Findex in a private/incognito window to test.
Try a different browser. If the issue persists, switching to another supported browser can help isolate the problem.
Check your internet connection. A slow or unstable connection can cause pages to load incompletely.
Tips
Use incognito/private mode to quickly test whether a browser extension is causing issues.
Enable JavaScript. Findex requires JavaScript to function. Make sure it's not disabled in your browser settings.
Avoid outdated browsers like Internet Explorer -- they are not supported and will not work with Findex.
