Overview
The IR Admins & Permissions section in your company settings lets you control which team members can access and manage your Investor Relations portal. You can assign different roles to ensure the right people have the right level of access -- from full administrative control to limited viewing privileges.
Accessing IR Admin Settings
Navigate to Settings from the main menu.
Under Company Settings, select IR Admins.
You will see a list of all current admins and their assigned roles.

Understanding Roles and Permissions
Findex provides distinct admin roles for IR management:
Owner -- Full control over the company profile, IR settings, admin management, and all IR features including cap table, share ledger, communications, and documents.
Admin -- Can manage most IR features and settings but cannot change ownership or remove the owner.
Member -- Limited access to view and interact with IR content without the ability to modify company settings or manage other admins.
Each role determines what a user can see and do within the IR portal, so assign roles carefully based on each team member's responsibilities.
Adding and Removing Admins
Adding an Admin
Go to Settings > Company Settings > IR Admins.
Click the Invite Admin button.
Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
Select the appropriate role from the dropdown.
Click Send Invite. The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join.
Removing an Admin
Go to Settings > Company Settings > IR Admins.
Find the admin you want to remove in the list.
Click the Remove or Revoke Access option next to their name.
Confirm the removal when prompted.

Tips
Review permissions regularly. As team members change roles or leave, make sure their access is updated accordingly.
Use the least privilege needed. Assign the minimum role required for each person's responsibilities to keep your IR data secure.
Only owners can transfer ownership. If you need to change the company owner, the current owner must initiate that change.
