User Profile

Overview

The User Profile section under Settings > Account Settings is where you manage basic account details like your name, email address, and other personal information. This is the identity tied to your Findex account and visible across features like IR invites and portfolio sharing.

Viewing Your Profile

1. Go to Settings from the main menu.

2. Select My Profile under Account Settings.

3. You will see your current profile details, including your name, email, and any other stored personal information.

Editing Your Profile

1. Navigate to Settings > My Profile.

2. Click on the field you want to update (for example, your display name or phone number).

3. Make your changes.

4. Click Save to apply the updates.

What You Can Update

Depending on your authentication method, you can typically update:

• Display name -- The name shown across Findex

• Phone number -- Optional contact number

• Profile picture -- Upload or change your avatar

Note: Your email address may be locked if it is tied to your login method (such as BankID or OAuth). If you need to change your email, contact the Findex team for assistance.

Tips

• Keep your name accurate. Your display name is what companies see if you accept IR invites or express interest in opportunities.

• Use a professional profile picture. If you interact with companies through the IR portal, a clear profile image adds a personal touch.

• Contact support for email changes. Since your email is linked to authentication, changes need to be handled carefully to avoid losing access.
