Asset List

The Asset List is your main view for all the investments in your Findex portfolio. It gives you a complete overview of every asset you're tracking — whether it was added manually or imported from a connected bank account.

Accessing the Asset List

  1. Click Portfolio in the sidebar.

  2. Select Investments.

You'll see a table listing all your assets with key information at a glance.

What You'll See

Each asset in the list shows:

  • Asset Name — The name of the investment, along with its type icon.

  • Source — Whether the asset was added manually or imported from a connected provider.

  • Current Value — The latest valuation in your preferred currency.

  • ROI — Your return on investment as a percentage.

  • Time Period — When the asset was added or last updated.

Searching and Filtering

Use the tools at the top of the list to find what you're looking for:

  • Search — Type a name to quickly find a specific asset.

  • Filters — Filter by asset type (e.g., show only equities or real estate).

Adding Assets

Click the Add Asset button at the top of the page to add a new investment. You'll be able to choose between connecting a provider automatically or adding an asset manually.

Batch Actions

Need to manage multiple assets at once? Click the select mode button to enable checkboxes on each row. You can then select multiple assets and delete them in bulk.

Tips

  • Click on any asset to open its detail page with full valuation history, documents, and more.

  • Sort by column to quickly find your highest-value or best-performing assets.

  • Toggle between list and grid view for different ways to browse your portfolio.
