What Are Capital Opportunities?
Capital Opportunities is a dedicated section within Findex where you can browse investment opportunities across several asset classes:
Unlisted Equity -- Pre-IPO companies and private placements
Real Estate -- Property-backed investment opportunities
Bonds -- Fixed-income and debt instruments
Alternatives -- Other non-traditional investment types
Each opportunity is presented as a card with key metrics so you can quickly evaluate whether it fits your portfolio strategy.

Browsing and Expressing Interest
Scroll through the available opportunity cards on the Opportunities page.
Click on any card to view detailed information about the opportunity, including key financial metrics, timelines, and descriptions.
If an opportunity interests you, click the Express Interest button on the opportunity detail page.
Findex will register your interest and the issuing company may follow up with additional details.

Tips
No commitment required. Expressing interest does not obligate you to invest. It simply signals to the issuer that you would like to learn more.
Check back regularly. New opportunities are added on an ongoing basis, so it is worth revisiting the page frequently.
Review the metrics. Each opportunity card displays key figures such as target raise, minimum investment, and asset class to help you filter quickly.
