Having trouble signing in to your Findex account? Don't worry -- most login issues have a quick fix. This guide walks you through the most common problems and how to resolve them.

Common Login Issues
Wrong Password
If you're seeing an "incorrect password" error:
Double-check that Caps Lock is off on your keyboard.
Make sure you're entering the email address you originally signed up with.
If you've forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the login screen.
Check your inbox for the password reset email (it may take a minute or two).
Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Unverified Email
If you recently created your account but can't log in, your email may not be verified yet.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a verification email from Findex.
Click the verification link in the email.
Once verified, return to the login page and try signing in again.
If you can't find the verification email, try signing in again -- Findex will prompt you to resend the verification link.
BankID Not Responding
If you're logging in with BankID and it's not working:
Make sure the BankID app is installed and up to date on your phone.
Confirm that you're opening BankID on the same device or scanning the QR code correctly.
Check that your internet connection is stable on both your computer and phone.
If BankID times out, close the BankID app completely, reopen it, and try again from the Findex login screen.
If the problem persists, try restarting your phone and attempting once more.

Tips
Use a supported browser. Findex works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Older browsers may cause unexpected login issues.
Clear your browser cache. Sometimes stored data can interfere with login. Try clearing your cache or using a private/incognito window.
Check for service outages. On rare occasions, login issues may be caused by scheduled maintenance. If nothing else works, wait a few minutes and try again.
Password requirements. When resetting your password, make sure it meets the minimum requirements shown on the reset screen.
