The IR Portal is a paid feature designed for companies that want to manage their shareholder communications, share ledger, and cap table through Findex. This guide covers how billing works so you know exactly what to expect.

Overview
Companies using the Findex IR Portal pay a subscription to access the full suite of investor relations tools. This includes the Share Ledger, Investor Updates, Cap Table management, Shareholder Permissions, and IR document storage. Billing is handled directly through your Findex company account.
How Billing Works
When your company activates the IR Portal, you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan.
Enter your payment details in the billing section of your company account.
Your subscription begins immediately, and you gain full access to all IR Portal features.
Billing is recurring -- your payment method is charged automatically at each billing cycle.
You can view your current plan, payment history, and upcoming charges under Company Settings > Billing.

Managing Your Subscription
View your plan -- Go to Company Settings > Billing to see your current subscription tier, renewal date, and pricing.
Update payment method -- Click Update Payment in the billing section to change your credit card or payment details.
View invoices -- All past invoices are available for download in the Payment History section.
Cancel or change plan -- If you need to modify or cancel your subscription, you can do so from the billing page. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
