Investor Relations Invites
When a company you have invested in uses Findex for Investor Relations, they can invite you to access their IR portal directly from your Findex account. The IR Invites section is where you manage these invitations.

Overview
Under Settings > Account Settings > My IR Invites, you can view and respond to invitations from companies that want to share investor-facing content with you. Accepting an invite connects you to the company's IR portal, giving you access to updates, documents, and communications related to your investment.
Viewing Your IR Invites
Go to Settings from the main menu.
Select My IR Invites under Account Settings.
You will see a list of pending and previously accepted invitations from companies.

Accepting an Invite

Once accepted, you will be able to access the company's shared IR content, such as reports, cap table information, and communications.

Declining or Managing Invites
If you receive an invite you do not recognize or do not wish to accept, you can decline it from the same page.
Previously accepted invites are listed so you can review which companies you are connected to at any time.
If you want to disconnect from a company's IR portal after accepting, look for the option to revoke or leave the connection.
Tips
Accept invites from companies you invest in. This gives you direct access to official investor updates and documents right inside Findex.
Check for new invites periodically. Companies may send invitations at any time, especially after new funding rounds or shareholder events.
Only accept invites you recognize. If you receive an invitation from an unfamiliar company, verify the source before accepting.
