Ways to Send Feedback

Option 1: Email Us Directly

  3. Describe your idea or suggestion -- the more detail, the better. Feel free to include screenshots if they help explain what you mean

  4. Hit send -- our team reads every piece of feedback that comes in

Option 2: In-App Feedback

You can also share feedback directly from within the Findex app.

  1. Open the Findex app and navigate to the feedback option

  2. Describe your feedback in the provided form

  3. Submit -- your feedback goes straight to the product team

What Kind of Feedback Can You Share?

We welcome all types of feedback, including:

  • Feature requests -- Something you wish Findex could do? Let us know.
