Supported File Types
You can upload common document formats, including:
PDF -- Financial reports, contracts, presentations
Word documents -- Drafts, meeting notes, memos
Spreadsheets -- Financial models, cap table exports
Images -- Charts, diagrams, supporting visuals
Presentations -- Pitch decks, board presentations
Tips
Name files descriptively. Use clear names like "Q4 2024 Financial Report" or "Board Minutes - January 2025" so shareholders can find what they need quickly.
Notify shareholders. After uploading important documents, consider sending an Investor Update to let shareholders know new materials are available.
Only IR Admins can upload. Shareholders can view and download documents but cannot upload to the IR Documents section.
Review before uploading. Once a document is shared, shareholders with access can view it immediately. Double-check that you are uploading the correct version.
